Choose a certification option below:

• Course: An OPEP instructor teaches a course that includes an open-book test. 
• Course - Separate Exam: This option is the same as course but includes an option to challenging the test only.  Those who choose to write only the test will receive no instructor support so studying is important. When registering, please indicate your choice.  
• Refresh and Write: Quick one hour presentation highlighting important changes in regulations and / or best management practices followed by the test. Studying prior to this course is essential. Suitable for people who are recertifying and those who are independent learners. 
• Online : 5-day GPSC or 10-day PVCC "non live" online course is available on specific weeks throughout the year, see the list below. To see how this works, please watch the GPSC demonstration video or the PVCC demonstration video. The course is divided into modules containing assignments or quizzes that are completed at your own pace and on your schedule . All modules are available on the first day.   It is recommended to complete one module per day with answers submitted by 11 pm. You can work ahead if you like. Once an assignment or test is submitted, you no longer have access to make changes to your answers. 
  • Your are required to create an Open-Ed account and multi-factor authentication in addition to enrolling with OPEP. 
  • OpenEd accounts can take several days to set up. Please allow up to 10 days to complete this set up.
  • Important follow-up emails will give instructions so please check your inbox, spam ,or junk folders often.
  • If an OpenEd account is NOT made in time, you will be removed from the course and will have to sign up for the next available date.
